  1. Specify and define the house model, lot, and details you desire.
  2. Sign the purchase agreement for your new home, and finalize floor plans and structural options.
  3. Provide proof of funds or complete the credit application.
  4. Attend an appointment to choose the specific details for your home within the available options, guided by our experts.

Once options are chosen and the mortgage agency approves the price and conditions, everything is set to proceed.

THE CONSTRUCTION
